What We’re Looking For

We publish articles that are:

  • Focused on mental health and/or daily productivity

  • Actionable, empathetic, and grounded in real-life experiences or research

  • Easy to read: clear structure, short paragraphs, and no fluff

  • Original content we don’t publish previously published articles

Topics we love:

  • Managing anxiety or burnout

  • Mindfulness practices that actually work

  • Work-life balance and routines

  • Personal development and emotional resilience

  • Tools and strategies to stay focused and organized


Submission Guidelines

  • Word count: 800–1,200 words

  • Use headings and bullet points for readability

  • Avoid medical advice unless you’re qualified

  • Include a short bio (with a link to your site or socials if relevant)
